What you will do

• Maximize business potential by deploying country and regional resources effectively.
• Drive revenue growth by engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives.
• Develop and execute sales and account strategies, including strategic account plans and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with Solution Engineers, Consulting Professionals, and Technical Service Engineers to deliver value.
• Work with partners and alliances to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in technology sales, ideally selling complex software solutions. Experience in Customer AI, Contact Center (CX), or system integration sales is highly regarded.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and successfully managing large, complex sales cycles.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
