TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work model, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days remote in Barcelona, Spain.

What you will do
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) and related services.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access controls.
- Ensure system security, patching, and compliance with best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational stability.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in Windows systems administration and infrastructure management.
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Spanish language required.
- Intermediate English language required.
- Catalan language required.
- Participation in 24x7 on-call rotations.
Nice to have
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or ITIL Foundation.
