Salary: $167,400–$262,025 (ranges vary by US geographic pay zone).

What you will do

  • Define and own the multi-quarter accessibility program roadmap across multiple products.
  • Translate enterprise accessibility requirements and standards into clear problem statements and technical initiatives.
  • Lead cross-team programs involving design systems, platform components, and individual product teams (e.g., Jira, Confluence, JSM).
  • Partner with engineers and designers to develop reusable patterns and components that make accessible experiences the default.
  • Embed accessibility into product development workflows (design reviews, technical design, testing, rollout).
  • Work with customer-facing and compliance teams to design efficient engagement models for enterprise accessibility.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering management, or similar roles in software.
  • Track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional technical programs that span multiple teams and surfaces.
  • Strong technical acumen: comfortable reviewing technical designs and understanding architecture trade-offs.
  • Experience working in or closely with one of: accessibility (WCAG, ARIA, assistive tech), compliance, or other regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-quarter roadmaps, manage complex dependencies, and de-risk delivery.
  • English: B2 required.
