What you will do

• Drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-infused collaboration and content consumption in Confluence.
• Own scope, execution, and rollout of these experiences to a global customer base.
• Collaborate with multiple Confluence teams (GTM, monetization, Content Experience, enterprise).
• Work closely with Confluence leadership on creation and collaboration strategy.
• Deeply understand the content collaboration market, customer problems, and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager or equivalent leadership.
• Experience building lovable AI experiences with high-craft.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, ideally in a role connected with content creation and collaboration.
• Experience building SaaS products for all company sizes, from startups to large enterprises.
• Strong influencing skills to communicate and manage relationships across the organization.
• Strong technical background to understand, spar, and challenge technical approaches.
• Able to understand sophisticated problems and translate customer and business requirements into successful product strategies.
