• Define a long-term strategy and roadmap for platform and product components in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into technical systems problems and prioritize solutions.
• Define specific systems programs and create action plans for capacity planning, migration, high availability, and more.
• Partner with engineers and architects to influence progress on technical problems.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of technical programs, from initiation to budgeting and scheduling.
• Manage complex dependencies and projects across the company.

Requirements

• Analyze business objectives, customer needs, product adoption inhibitors, and industry trends.
• Technical understanding of hirify.global and related systems.
• Systematic approach to engineering problems, including prioritizing tasks and defining objectives.
• Experience in capacity planning, migration efforts, high availability, network architecture, and performance optimization.
