TL;DR

Principal Program Manager (HR Programs): Leading complex projects across People functions to deliver outstanding employee experiences with an accent on program scope, roadmap definition, and risk management. Focus on driving scalable, enterprise solutions that leverage automation and AI capabilities within the People Team.

Location: Remote in the United States, with offices in San Francisco, Seattle, and Mountain View. Compensation is based on US geographic pay zones.

Salary: $138,600–$217,375 (USD) depending on US geographic pay zone.

What you will do

  • Lead complex projects across different People functions to deliver world-class employee experiences.
  • Define program scope, roadmap, success criteria, and governance with stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage program progress, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
  • Drive programs to build scalable, enterprise solutions leveraging automation and AI.
  • Build strong relationships with HR leaders and business partners.
  • Act as a strategic partner to achieve program milestones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience across HR programs.
  • Experience delivering multiple projects with different stakeholder groups.
  • Experience implementing process improvements & optimizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Prior experience in using Jira & Confluence.

Nice to have

  • Agile / PMP Certification.
