Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Computer Science or equivalent).
• 10+ years of related industry experience in the data science domain.
• 8+ years of tech leadership or people management with big teams.
• Experience building and scaling machine learning models in business applications using large amounts of data.
• Ability to communicate and explain data science concepts to diverse audiences, crafting compelling stories.
• Agile development mindset, appreciating constant iteration and improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience working in consumer, B2C, SaaS, enterprise, or B2B space.
• Experience in developing deep learning-based models and working on LLM-related applications.
• Excelling in solving ambiguous and complex problems, navigating uncertain situations, breaking down complex challenges, and developing innovative solutions.
