Location: hirify.globals can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. This role can be located in San Francisco, Seattle, Austin, Mountain View (United States) or Remote within the Americas. Compensation is structured with US geographic pay zones.

Salary: $193,500–$303,150 (USD) depending on geographic pay zone.

• Shape the technical direction and long-term architecture for Marketing, Sales, and Finance platforms.
• Collaborate with data, product, and design leaders to influence department strategy.
• Develop architectural standards for first-party and third-party products.
• Bring AI and ML driven solutions to scale existing systems.
• Connect the big picture vision into an executable, multi-year technology strategy.
• Mentor and influence a large team of engineers from various seniority levels.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience building software, with 5+ years in an architect/principal role.
• Experience building and operating large-scale, high-availability, high-reliability services.
• Experience with Commerce, CRM, Marketing, or Fintech products is a plus.
• Experience with organizational data, security, and compliance initiatives.
• Well versed in using and building AI toolsets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
