TL;DR

Client Account Executive: Generating additional revenue through the client base by developing business relationships and aligning hirify.global solutions to meet business needs with an accent on sales and negotiation skills, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Focus on qualifying current clients, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving monthly and yearly sales quotas.

Location: Hybrid in Rochester, NY (three days in-office, two days remote per week).

Salary: $50,000–$55,000/yr

What you will do

  • Develop business relationships with clients and identify business objectives to align hirify.global solutions.
  • Prospect and qualify current clients for hirify.global's HCM solutions.
  • Present products, conduct demonstrations via webinar, and prepare proposals.
  • Handle objections and collaborate with Sales Managers on strategic sales approaches.
  • Close ancillary business to meet or exceed assigned monthly and yearly sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and customer relationship management (CRM) database.

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to Rochester, NY three days a week.
  • 1+ years of B2B full sales cycle experience (preferred).
  • Self-driven professional with a desire to consistently meet and exceed quotas.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, active listening, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with the internet and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
