Focus on identifying high-quality opportunities, delivering compelling demos, and enabling the commercial organization with frameworks and insights.

Location: Hybrid (Denver, CO). US work authorization required.

Salary: $64,080 - $96,120 USD, plus 10% bonus potential

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to identify strong client fits for FHS packages.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations that showcase ROI, conversion impact, and integration capabilities.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on FHS features and value propositions for advanced clients.
  • Assess technical fit, operational readiness, and long-term potential for Enterprise-level adoption of FHS packages.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Training, Marketing, Product, and Technical Support teams.
  • Represent hirify.global professionally at client sites, industry events, and partner meetings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical sales, SaaS enablement, or solutions engineering within B2B or Enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving adoption of premium-tier or enterprise-grade offerings.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across varied audiences.
  • Strong understanding of website, conversion, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Comfortable with travel up to 30% for key client meetings and demos.
  • Authorized to work in the United States for this position.
