Product Manager (Medtech): Overseeing the strategy, planning, development, and launch of new product experiences for a cutting-edge pet health platform with an accent on quality, performance, and ambition. Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, ON. Must be able to work 2 days a week at hirify.global HQ at Yonge and Summerhill.
Salary: $100,000-$115,000

- Drive a strategic product roadmap that delivers on business objectives and aligns with hirify.global’s vision.
- Break down complex problems into discrete phases and clear requirements.
- Prioritize impactful initiatives, making difficult decisions with limited information and aligning teams toward shared goals.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration with your team to create a user-centered, intuitive experience.
- Manage cross-functional teams from ideation to launch, keeping everyone aligned and on track to meet milestones.
- Conduct user research and spot opportunities for feature enhancements and new product areas.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management within fast-paced tech environments.
- Experience scaling one or more of the following: subscription engagement & retention, eCommerce platforms & optimization, two-sided marketplaces, modern healthcare delivery, or platform transformations.
- Proven experience delivering products that exceed user expectations.
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and user research.
- Able to inspire and guide the product & engineering team and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Passionate pet owner.
