What you will do
- Provide technical application support to HRnet users, resolving issues using the MS SQL database.
- Investigate, analyze, and diagnose customer-reported incidents.
- Identify defects and correct procedures within the MS SQL database.
- Perform data control and verification activities to maintain high data quality standards.
- Guide customers through corrective actions and communicate solutions professionally.
- Collaborate closely with implementation and development teams to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably at mid or senior level, with willingness to work with MS SQL.
- Proven ability to investigate and solve customer issues through structured analysis and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer-focus with demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge or experience with HR processes is considered an advantage.
