TL;DR

People Development Partner: Leading the design, improvement, and implementation of learning & development programs and talent management initiatives with an accent on empowering the engineering community to thrive in the era of AI. Focus on delivering scalable solutions and developing programs for hirify.global to develop the world’s greatest talent.

Location: Must come to the office two days a week, the remaining three are free to be worked in either location.

What you will do

• Lead the design, improvement, and implementation of learning & development programs and talent management initiatives.
• Work with leadership on reviewing the company’s structure and aligning its people and organizational setup with the corporate philosophy.
• Partner with other learning and development partners to deliver scalable solutions and develop programs.
• Lead in global talent activities to ensure globally consistent and easy employee learning experience.
• Take up a consultative role in overarching projects that require your talent expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelors or master’s degree in HR Management, social or business sciences.
• 7+ years of experience in the talent management, and/or learning & development and/or organizational design function.
• Experience with organizational design initiatives that deliver real business outcomes, including work on job frameworks and job grading in a global environment.
• Deep level knowledge of trends and developments in talent management and/or learning & development, as well as a good foundation of best practices in the field.
• A natural drive for team play and an interest to work in an agile manner.
• Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, and work independently to propose global and local plan designs and resolve issues.
