What you will do

• Ensure proper cost allocation across projects and timely delivery within scope.
• Manage stakeholders and monitor project dependencies across the entire portfolio.
• Implement project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and maintain project structures.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering medium- and large-scale IT projects.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
• Proficiency in consulting.
• Ability to drive reliable planning across mixed, cross-functional teams.
• English: Upper-intermediate level or higher.
