What you will do
- Optimize and scale support operations for continued growth.
- Refine KPI systems and strengthen Quality Assurance for high user experience.
- Implement tech solutions like Zendesk and AI tools to automate workflows and increase productivity.
- Manage the full talent lifecycle for the support team.
- Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to derive actionable insights from customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven people management experience (1+ years), with a strong focus on leadership and logical thinking.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable with Google Sheets and dashboard building.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs, Notion, and automated workflows.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- English level B2+, comfortable working across global markets.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience managing support operations in a high-growth B2C startup.
- Deep understanding of Tier 1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Zapier) to optimize business processes.
