Location: Remote (global), comfortable working across time zones and collaborating globally.
Salary: S$9,000 - S$12,000 a month

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers, fostering strong collaboration with Sales.
- Define and implement best practices for the Sales Engineering function and act as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership.
- Provide technical expertise for proposals, demos, and presentations tailored to diverse customer verticals.
- Represent the company in high-stake conversations with executive and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to provide structured customer feedback and influence roadmap direction.
- Oversee project delivery coordination across various internal teams and promote continuous improvement in the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles, including 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity.
- Strong experience working with APIs and explaining technical architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proven track record delivering client-focused, technical solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in payments or fintech.
- Additional languages are a plus.
