What you will do

  • Proactively hunt for new business via phone, social media, LinkedIn, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual booking quotas.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the sale, including price and contract negotiations, and conduct customer presentations.
  • Drive revenue, minimize customer attrition, and increase up/cross-sales.
  • Identify client 'pain points' and facilitate resolution of technical issues by liaising between teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and success in external client and/or project management, preferably in a software sales setting.
  • Advanced communication, objection-handling, and conflict management skills.
  • Highly skilled in public speaking, capable of creating and delivering presentations to both client and internal audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate as a productive team member.
  • Previous SaaS experience, ideally with participant or mass participation sports event organization experience.
