What you will do

• Serve as a functional HRBP, coaching managers on organisational design and talent strategies.
• Ensure local statutory compliance and operate as a subject matter expert for Spain regarding HR policies and employment practices.
• Work with leaders to understand team engagement and develop action plans based on results.
• Translate workforce planning into executable recruitment demand and oversee position approvals.
• Use people analytics and data insights to support business decision-making.
• Manage complex employee relations issues and guide managers through performance documentation and remediation.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
• Proven ability to work at a strategic level, partnering effectively with senior leadership.
• Strong practical knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in Spain.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting change management, talent management, and employee relations.
• High level of business, commercial, and financial acumen.
• Excellent ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• A relevant professional qualification.
• Experience in supporting a Marketing & Commercial stakeholder group.
• Business proficiency (verbal and written) in Spanish language.
