What you will do

• Perform thorough manual QA testing across web and mobile environments (UI, UX, logic, edge cases, responsiveness).
• Validate product behavior against specifications, designs, and expected user flows.
• Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs and inconsistencies.
• Verify fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved before release.
• Conduct regression testing for new features and production hotfixes.
• Maintain structured bug reports and testing documentation.
• Participate in release readiness checks and quality sign-offs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in manual QA for web or SaaS products.
• Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Experience testing complex user flows and edge cases.
• Basic understanding of browser developer tools, APIs (request/response basics), and mobile web testing.
• Familiarity with QA and tracking tools like Notion, JIRA, Trello, or plane.so.
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially when describing issues.

Nice to have

• Interest in growing into a broader role with responsibility for coordination and delivery.
• Early experience helping track tasks, follow up on fixes, or support release planning.
• Familiarity with agile or sprint-based workflows.
• Exposure to consumer-facing products or subscription-based SaaS.
