Requirements

• At least 8 years of backend hands-on coding and software design experience.
• Relevant BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, or equivalent.
• Work experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of system design and architecture.
• Work experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis/MongoDB, or similar).
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js.

Nice to have

• Previous experience developing production RAG pipelines and RAG architecture.
• Previous experience developing production AI agents.
• Significant work experience with Python.
• Experience with developing Data Platforms/ETL systems, distributed messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and micro-services architecture.
