What you will do

• Perform thorough manual QA testing for web and mobile (UI, UX, logic, edge cases, responsiveness).
• Validate product behavior against specifications, designs, and user flows.
• Identify, document, and communicate bugs and inconsistencies.
• Verify fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
• Conduct regression testing for new features and production hotfixes.
• Maintain structured bug reports and testing documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in manual QA for web or SaaS products.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Experience testing complex user flows and edge cases.
• Basic understanding of browser developer tools, APIs, and mobile web testing.
• Familiarity with QA and tracking tools (e.g., Notion, JIRA, Trello).
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality.

Nice to have

• Interest in growing into a broader coordination and delivery role.
• Early experience tracking tasks or supporting release planning.
• Familiarity with agile or sprint-based workflows.
• Exposure to consumer-facing products or subscription-based SaaS.
