What you will do

• Drive successful delivery of complex cloud infrastructure programs, ensuring full alignment with strategic business goals.
• Lead high-impact programs involving 50+ engineers and architects, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Orchestrate critical projects including cloud platform migrations, control plane design, and infrastructure automation pipelines.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide high-visibility reporting and regular status updates to executive leadership.
• Manage third-party deliverables, service agreements, and vendor activities to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale technical programs (50+ participants) within Cloud Infrastructure or Engineering environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and control plane architecture.
• Demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end cloud platform migrations.
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for tracking deliverables.
• Hands-on experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline engineering workflows.
• Advanced ability to identify technical and operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve complex roadblocks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill technical progress into executive-level reporting.
• Ability to ensure all infrastructure programs adhere to strict technical standards, security policies, and internal documentation requirements.
