Technical Account Manager (Data Management)

What you will do

• Provide input for proposals and Statements of Work.
• Support delivery implementation and consulting services to meet hirify.global solution design and deliverables.
• Provide overall project guidance (Project plans, Schedules, Communication Plans, Resource plans, Status updates, etc.).
• Assist with assessment and design of solutions as well as post-installation issues.
• Create white papers, solutions guides, best practices, and custom documentation.
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on hirify.global solutions and document configuration and completed activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or equivalent experience.
• Business proficient in Dutch and English.
• VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, Prince 2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam’s Core products.
• Proven Consulting and Project Management experience.
• Significant experience and understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
