What you will do

• Plan and deliver smart, creative marketing campaigns across social, events, newsletters, and thought leadership.
• Own and evolve hirify.global's social media presence, ensuring the brand voice is bold, authentic, and culturally relevant.
• Lead and manage hirify.global’s owned events and presence at key industry events, from concept to delivery.
• Manage website content updates via CMS and project manage SEO efforts to optimise performance.
• Manage the CRM to support marketing activities and business development opportunities.
• Track and report on marketing performance, turning data into actionable insights for future strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing or brand role, ideally within a creative, social, or agency environment.
• Confident owning and executing B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to delivery.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to build brand presence culturally.
• Experience managing websites and CRM platforms, with a focus on driving engagement and leads.
• Creative eye for content and storytelling, paired with strong organisational skills.
• Must work in a hybrid model, 3 days in the office in London, UK.
