What you will do
- Drive pipeline generation for hirify.global IT through structured outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, matching them to our value proposition.
- Research and map target accounts, identifying key IT decision-makers.
- Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to create scalable processes.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to improve conversion rates.
- Provide feedback to Product and Marketing to shape positioning and market narratives.
Requirements
- Expert Portuguese speaker with strong professional English.
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales roles.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to articulate value.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple outreach activities.
- Willingness to work toward ambitious targets in an early-stage setup.
