TL;DR

Account Manager (DACH Region): Converting inbound leads into long-term, satisfied customers and identifying strategic opportunities for expansion in the DACH region with an accent on building trusted relationships with SMB and mid-market clients. Focus on conducting needs analysis, delivering persuasive presentations, and ensuring customers see measurable value from the products.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany. Productivity possible from everywhere 104 days per year remote, following our hybrid policy.

Salary: €50,000 to €75,000 / year

What you will do

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into customers – no cold calling.
  • Conduct needs analysis, deliver persuasive presentations, and position hirify.global as the best choice for recruiting needs.
  • Manage and grow your own customer portfolio as the main point of contact.
  • Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and present tailored solutions.
  • Use CRM tools like HubSpot to manage leads, track opportunities, and forecast revenue.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment between lead generation and sales conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, including new business acquisition and account growth (preferably in SaaS or Tech).
  • Fluent German and confident English skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and structured working style.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimize sales activities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or software-as-a-service.
  • Additional language skills (e.g. French, Dutch, or Spanish).
  • Understanding of the SMB and mid-market customer landscape in the DACH region.
