What you will do

• Build and manage data-driven e-mail recruitment campaigns to attract new candidates.
• Support the online marketing team in continuously monitoring and optimizing campaign data.
• Analyze and process data via Google Analytics and Lookerstudio dashboards.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align campaign strategies with client goals and expectations.

Requirements

• Student HBO/WO intire : Prefer International Business/Marketing/Communication.
• Analytical mindset and comfortable with performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR).
• Fluent in English.
• Fluency in another language, particularly Dutch or German, is a strong plus.
• Availability: Internship for at least 5 months, starting per February 2026.
