hirify.global is building a unified AI agent that sells, supports, and re-engages customers across the entire journey, leading the shift in Conversational Commerce.

What you will do

  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that turns product features into business outcomes.
  • Create high-impact sales assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, battle cards, and ROI calculators.
  • Lead product launch enablement, ensuring every rep understands what shipped, why it matters, and how to sell it.
  • Build and maintain a sales content library organized by buyer stage, persona, use case, and objection type.
  • Own competitive intelligence: track competitor moves, conduct voice-of-customer research, and arm the team with talk tracks.
  • Act as the voice of the customer back to Product, translating market feedback and sales insights into roadmap input.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS company with a strong sales enablement or go-to-market focus.
  • Proven experience creating sales content that works and improves win rates.
  • A good understanding of B2B sales motions, ideally with exposure to methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to influence Product, align with Marketing, and build trust with Sales.
  • Data-driven mindset using win/loss insights, CRM data, and call intelligence.
  • Scrappy and execution-focused, comfortable writing messaging docs, building training decks, and running enablement sessions.

Nice to have

  • Ecommerce or AI-tech experience.
  • Bonus points if you've carried a quota or worked as an AE/SE.
