Consultant (ESG Data & Analytics): Building and maintaining governance systems, trackers, and dashboards for strategic execution and decision traceability with an accent on ESG data platform administration, data modeling, and analytical reporting. Focus on designing efficient SQL, supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, performing impact analytics, and ensuring high-quality, reliable data for sustainability initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Kazakhstan. Relocation package is offered.

What you will do

• Maintain end-to-end decision and action traceability for top governance forums.
• Track execution of strategic initiatives using RAID logs and proactively surface risks.
• Monitor strategy, budget, and goal alignment, identifying deviations in timeline, spend, and delivery.
• Own and improve lightweight governance tooling (trackers, dashboards, evidence repositories) and automate reporting.
• Design and maintain ESG and Impact data models in BigQuery, develop efficient SQL, and support ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Support the ESG data platform, managing data pipelines, validating data, and coordinating with vendors.
• Perform impact analytics and assessment, support sustainability initiatives, and build dashboards in Tableau or Looker Studio.

Requirements

• Strong data analytics background with hands-on experience in building dashboards and analytical reports.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI required).
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2 or higher).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across business, finance, and technology.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality, consistency, and actionable insights.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple analytical workstreams in parallel.
