Location: Based in Lisbon, Portugal. This role offers an excellent relocation package.

What you will do

• Improve and deliver product innovations for the hirify.global platform.
• Build native mobile app features on top of scalable microservices.
• Ensure features work well on all recent iOS and iPadOS devices and OS versions.
• Keep track of system performance and optimise it where needed.
• Use A/B experiments to add product features and deliver the best user experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an iOS Engineer using Swift.
• Proven experience working in product companies and collaborating closely with other engineers and product managers.
• Proficient in native technologies - SwiftUI, UIKit, and the Swift standard library.
• Experience with testing frameworks - XCTest, XCUITest, Quick & Nimble, snapshot testing, and/or Swift Testing.
• Understanding of good programming principles - SOLID, DRY - and have a good problem-solving approach and mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity or affinity with other tech stacks (frontend web, backend, Android), and experience running it in production.
