What you will do
- Provide Level 1-3 support across Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Calendar).
- Troubleshoot user, device, application, and connectivity issues.
- Manage users, groups, policies, and security via Google Admin Console.
- Support onboarding/offboarding, training, and user best practices.
- Providing employee support for access and account issues.
- Maintaining order and security within the system.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Google Workspace administrator.
- Experience working with teams of 10 to 300+ users.
- Deep knowledge of: Admin Console, Gmail (settings, filters, routing), Google Drive (permissions, shares, DLP), Users, Groups, Organizational Units, Roles & Admin permissions.
- Ability to manage access and roles.
- Understanding of security and privacy issues.
- High level of responsibility and reliability.
- Prompt communication and adherence to deadlines.
