What you will do

• Create and drive the engineering agenda towards superhuman multimodal capabilities, including understanding and generation across image, video, and audio modalities.
• Improve data quality, develop data filtering/generation techniques, and perform data studies at pretraining scale.
• Create evaluation frameworks and internal benchmarks.
• Design and implement effective and efficient algorithms for achieving state-of-the-art model performance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with visual, audio, or multimodal pretraining.
• Track record in leading engineering efforts that significantly improve neural network capabilities and performance.
• Experience in data-driven experiment designs and systematic analysis for iterative model debugging.
• Experience in developing or working with large-scale distributed machine learning systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Jax, and Rust.
