Location: Hybrid position based in Malaga, Spain or Warsaw, Poland. Relocation to Spain or Poland is mandatory. Assistance with work permits is provided.

What you will do

• Provide N2 support for the application to N0 and N1 teams.
• Assist users in resolving technical or functional issues.
• Update application components due to version changes, incidents, or new functionality.
• Assist with production during extended hours, including on-call duty for American market opening hours.
• Participate in meetings with business, suppliers, and other agents.
• Manage product ticketing for incidents and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years working with ORC and Tbricks products at both support and administrator/functional levels.
• General knowledge of markets and electronic trading instruments.
• General knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and ShellScript.
• Fluent English Level (C1).
• Technical and functional knowledge of applications related to electronic market activity, at both support and administration levels.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand and communicate problems effectively.
