What you will do

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve agreed sales targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning; maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Proven success selling complex software solutions with a results-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs (pipeline health, opportunity coverage, new customer acquisition).
• Experience leading virtual bid teams, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal responses.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for managing pipelines, forecasts, and opportunities.
• Strong strategic sales planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Proven success in customer relationship management, building long-term partnerships.
• Qualifications or experience in arboriculture or environmental science will be highly regarded.
