TL;DR

Manager, Regional Treasury (Fintech): Managing Treasury-related prudential and market risk for the APAC region, working closely with various internal teams. Focus on FX, cash, and liquidity management, capital, and safeguarding, while contributing to new product rollouts and regulatory compliance.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid), requiring three days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Support daily monitoring, analysis, and management of legal entity and regional liquidity positions.
  • Manage day-to-day FX requirements for the APAC region, including enhancing infrastructure and minimizing execution costs.
  • Provide input into merchant FX pricing processes and act as a point of contact for the Commercial team.
  • Execute liquidity management and FX hedging strategies, including intra-group funding.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and segregation requirements for merchant funds.
  • Participate in new product, expansion, strategic, and regulatory initiatives within Treasury.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12-14 years of Treasury Markets / Prudential Treasury experience.
  • Strong understanding of market, liquidity, FX, and interest rate risks.
  • Ability to understand and implement Prudential Treasury requirements.
  • Experience in Treasury Markets/Cash Management and FX, including using systems like Bloomberg and FX ALL.
  • Quantitative, analytical, and basic modeling skills.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks in APAC (banking, Merchant Acquiring/EMI/PI regulations, safeguarding).
