What you will do

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche MedTech/Engineering communities.
• Build talent maps for niche R&D roles, including Software Engineers Senior Firmware Engineers, Data Scientists.
• Conduct initial screens to assess technical baseline, motivation, and cultural alignment with hirify.global’s mission.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Senior Recruiter to refine search strings, analyze market data, and adjust strategies based on real-time feedback.
• Maintain data integrity within Greenhouse, ensuring a seamless handoff to recruiters and a world-class candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of the "tech stack", and can speak the language of Engineers.
• Mastery of Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outbound outreach that yields high response rates.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hardware/software co-design environments.
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
• Previous experience in MedTech, Medical Device, or Life Sciences is a major plus.
