What you will do

  • Build and develop learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver organizational, departmental, and role-specific L&D programs.
  • Partner with People Ops and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
  • Create, curate, and manage learning content, tools, and platforms.
  • Advance AI transformation through AI-focused learning initiatives and promote responsible AI application.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, trainings, and develop soft skills and leadership programs.
  • Define key metrics for program success and present impact reports to leadership.
  • Support change management initiatives related to learning and organizational development.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development in Human Resources or People Ops, with proven success in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs.
  • Strong foundation in applying and championing learning and development throughout the employee life-cycle.
  • Proven experience creating and implementing a wide variety of digital trainings.
  • High comfort level using, teaching, and advocating for AI tools and technologies; experience designing AI-related training is a major advantage.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience with technical training or working with technical teams.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and modern learning tools.
  • Exposure to change management, organizational development, or talent development disciplines.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation expertise.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable using data to drive insights.
