Senior Content Designer

TL;DR

Senior Content Designer: Leading in-app content strategy for large, cross-functional projects within a work management platform with an accent on influencing product direction and clarifying complex features into simple user experiences. Focus on creating UX copy frameworks, defining content principles, and shaping AI experiences within the product.

Location: Hybrid, near office hubs in San Diego, Prague, Dublin, Nicosia, or Tallinn, with 2–3 in-office days per week. The Product Design team is primarily spread across Europe, with the main office in Prague.

What you will do

• Lead content strategy for large, cross-functional projects to drive user adoption and engagement.
• Improve content processes and tools for faster, high-quality content delivery.
• Define and communicate content strategy principles linked to business goals.
• Plan content initiatives for major strategic projects across product areas.
• Shape AI experiences within the product, including prompt design and system messages.
• Build partnerships with product directors, VPs of engineering, researchers, data analysts, and GTM leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years building product content in SaaS environments; 3+ years in a content/content strategy role or equivalent influence.
• Strong portfolio with 3+ end-to-end case studies demonstrating strategy to measurable results.
• Strong understanding of UX writing principles.
• Experience designing content for complicated flows, enterprise-level workflows, or AI/assistant experiences.
• Proven experience running discovery workshops, designing content systems, and working effectively with PMs, engineers, researchers, and GTM teams.
• Comfortable working with Figma and AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Native-level English proficiency with excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI / prompt engineering in a product setting.
• Background in UX research, HCI, linguistics, technical writing, or localization.
• Experience building or scaling a content design function or content operations team.
