Renewals Specialist

Location: Hybrid work model with 2–3 in-office days per week for team members near office hubs in San Diego, Prague, Dublin, Nicosia, and Tallinn. Shift Timing - 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on renewals processes and tools, applying critical thinking to solve challenging business problems.
• Strategize with Account Executives on complex renewal scenarios.
• Ensure customers are on the most up-to-date terms and conditions and prepare detailed order forms and quotes.
• Oversee assigned contract renewals, proactively communicating with customers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Maintain data quality of accounts and opportunities in Salesforce, including processing overages and updating customer information.
• Resolve past due invoices by communicating with customers and working with Finance and Customer Success on payments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a Customer Success or Customer Operations environment; SaaS company preferred.
• Comfortable working independently and with high volumes of overlapping activities in multiple tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of subscription-based renewals.
• Process-oriented mindset, using documented procedures and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Experience using a wide range of business programs; direct experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate ideas, updates, or issues.
