What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on renewals processes and tools, applying critical thinking to solve challenging business problems.
- Strategize with Account Executives on complex renewal scenarios.
- Ensure customers are on the most up-to-date terms and conditions and prepare detailed order forms and quotes.
- Oversee assigned contract renewals, proactively communicating with customers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Maintain data quality of accounts and opportunities in Salesforce, including processing overages and updating customer information.
- Resolve past due invoices by communicating with customers and working with Finance and Customer Success on payments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a Customer Success or Customer Operations environment; SaaS company preferred.
- Comfortable working independently and with high volumes of overlapping activities in multiple tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of subscription-based renewals.
- Process-oriented mindset, using documented procedures and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Experience using a wide range of business programs; direct experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate ideas, updates, or issues.
