TL;DR

Product Manager (EdTech): Leading the strategic evolution of the CE Broker Learning Marketplace with an accent on balancing a growing ecosystem of Education Providers with deep Learner engagement and retention. Focus on delivering business outcomes that drive both revenue and skill acquisition using AI-driven features.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $135K – $150K

What you will do

  • Define and evangelize the product vision for your domain and own the roadmap.
  • Lead initiatives to improve content discovery, recommendation algorithms, and search relevance.
  • Build tools and analytics that empower instructors to create high-quality content and manage their students.
  • Lead the implementation of personalized learning assistants, auto-generated quizzes, and AI-driven localization features.
  • Lead and influence a dedicated team of engineers and designers.
  • Translate market research and user feedback into high-quality PRDs, epics, and user stories and mentor junior PMs.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping complex software products.
  • Direct experience in EdTech or Two-Sided Marketplaces is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), recommendation engines, or video streaming technologies.
  • Ability to comfortably present strategy and results to senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to making data-driven decisions.
  • Expert understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

  • Experience in eCommerce or the Healthcare industry.
  • A background in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
