Location: This role will be based in either the New York City, Austin, King of Prussia, or Phoenix office and will be part of hirify.global's hybrid in-office operation.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for a group of 401(k) plan sponsor clients.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a small subteam of individual contributors.
• Manage and effectively resolve client escalations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Share data-driven insights with our product teams to improve our platform and planning roadmap.

Requirements

• Fintech, Financial Services, or Retirement industry experience.
• Previous people management or leadership experience.
• Strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong commitment to superior customer service.
• Proficiency is required with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.

Nice to have

• Fintech or Retirement industry experience.
• Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66.
• QKA, QKC.
• Six sigma.
• Previous experience from Payroll, Employee Benefits, and People Management.
