What you will do
- Implement, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across self-serve platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Understand client goals to translate them into effective paid media campaign setups and maximize performance against agreed KPIs.
- Brainstorm and research audience and targeting strategies for specific campaigns.
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for internal account teams and external vendors.
- Track the operational performance of multiple accounts, ensuring quality, deadline adherence, and budget control.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance regularly, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of platform updates and industry news in social media.
- Collaborate closely with account, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaigns aligned with communication objectives.
Requirements
- Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience in planning and buying paid social and/or digital media.
- Proven track record of analyzing paid media performance and developing/implementing optimization recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint for building reports and presentations.
- Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines, and assignments, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in English required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- Self-starter who is energized by problem-solving and excels in collaborative team environments.
- Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
- Understanding of programmatic, paid search, and SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with Google tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Search Console.
- German language skills.
