What you will do

  • Implement, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across self-serve platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Understand client goals to translate them into effective paid media campaign setups and maximize performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Brainstorm and research audience and targeting strategies for specific campaigns.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for internal account teams and external vendors.
  • Track the operational performance of multiple accounts, ensuring quality, deadline adherence, and budget control.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance regularly, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of platform updates and industry news in social media.
  • Collaborate closely with account, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaigns aligned with communication objectives.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience in planning and buying paid social and/or digital media.
  • Proven track record of analyzing paid media performance and developing/implementing optimization recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint for building reports and presentations.
  • Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines, and assignments, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in English required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • Self-starter who is energized by problem-solving and excels in collaborative team environments.
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
  • Understanding of programmatic, paid search, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with Google tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Search Console.
  • German language skills.
