What you will do

• Lead technical relationships for product implementations and changes.
• Drive end-to-end implementation changes for hirify.global and client products.
• Coordinate internal partners and resources to achieve implementation objectives.
• Act as the customer-facing contact for customer readiness activities.
• Understand customer business and technical strategy to deliver optimal options.
• Hold C-Level meetings when required and drive customer readiness.

Requirements

• Highly proficient in English and German.
• Excellent customer facing skills, understanding of customer requirements and communication at their level.
• Pro-active approach with initiative and ability to seek out information.
• Ability to use all available resources and tools to investigate and address customer implementation issues.
• Proficient in market data and the FinTech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global product suite and networking technology.
