What you will do
- Guide user acquisition strategies for iLottery growth, ensuring consistency with wider marketing and business aims.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to internal teams and partners on campaign strategy, audience targeting, messaging, and promotional offers.
- Supervise acquisition performance across all channels, including paid media, strategic partnerships, and affiliate marketing.
- Recommend and coordinate structured testing strategies to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Analyze acquisition data to evaluate channel efficiency, inform media mix, and identify improvement areas.
- Define and maintain acquisition KPIs, generate performance insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Partner with CRM, analytics, and data teams to maintain accurate attribution and reporting.
- Assist with acquisition budget planning, forecasting, and pacing oversight, ensuring alignment with ROI goals.
- Direct affiliate strategy, including partner recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and compliance groups to ensure campaign materials adhere to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in acquisition or affiliate marketing and/or similar role in a digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels and performance metrics.
- Experience working with or managing external media agencies, affiliate partners, or marketing vendors.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms including AppsFlyer and Outflink.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in highly regulated industries such as lottery or gaming.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder leadership skills.
