TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Directly sells enterprise security software solutions and drives incremental revenue within existing customers via usage adoption, product expansion, and renewal of accounts with an accent on cross-sell and up-sell of company products. Focus on developing comprehensive business plans for each account, identifying renewal risks, and maintaining accurate forecasting for Net Revenue Retention.

What you will do

  • Own the growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell, prospecting new products, and identifying opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, mapping hirify.global’s solutions to customer business requirements.
  • Own the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close process by identifying risks and engaging stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer hand-off, product adoption, and eventual renewal.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion quota attainment, and broad product adoption.
  • Document customer contact and activity data within CRM/Marketing software.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise security software sales.
  • Expert-level experience in resolving complex issues creatively and effectively.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and business objectives.
  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills, including interaction with CXO levels.
  • Complete understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
  • Driven, self-starter with strong leadership and consultative effectiveness skills.
