What you will do
- Own the growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell, prospecting new products, and identifying opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, mapping hirify.global’s solutions to customer business requirements.
- Own the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close process by identifying risks and engaging stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer hand-off, product adoption, and eventual renewal.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion quota attainment, and broad product adoption.
- Document customer contact and activity data within CRM/Marketing software.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise security software sales.
- Expert-level experience in resolving complex issues creatively and effectively.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and business objectives.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills, including interaction with CXO levels.
- Complete understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
- Driven, self-starter with strong leadership and consultative effectiveness skills.
