What you will do
- Work with GTM, sales, and finance to design partner CRM programs and commission models.
- Build partner onboarding, enablement, and certification frameworks.
- Build models to measure revenue efficiency & scale.
- Implement partner management platform and integrate with existing GTM stack.
- Create transparent reporting dashboards for partner performance.
- Establish automated workflows for partner commission calculations and financial reconciliation.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, partnerships, or rev ops, with at least 2 years building systems from scratch.
- Deep experience with partner commission models and revenue sharing.
- Strong technical acumen with all AI platforms and CRM/PRM platforms (, Claude, Salesforce, HubSpot, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, etc.).
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, product, and legal teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity in early-stage environments.
