What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads and provide exceptional initial engagement.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify leads, including inbound and outbound activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Motivated, self-starting, and results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Comfortable with technology and sales software tools, including CRM systems.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with drone technology, photogrammetry, GIS, or remote sensing is a significant advantage.
- Spanish language fluency
