TL;DR

Commercial Inside Sales Client Advisors (Sales): Managing customer accounts and supporting field account executives with an accent on delivering exceptional customer experience and navigating the technology landscape. Focus on cross-sell/upsell opportunities and diversifying the book of business.

Location: Hybrid, with the expectation of being in the office 1-2 times per week in Toronto, ON, Canada. Must follow a USA holiday schedule.

Salary: $42,000 base, with $60,000 combined base plus incentives at target.
