What you will do

• Define scalable AI architectures and integrate data processing, traditional machine learning, and emerging LLM methodologies.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization of ML pipelines and LLM models in production.
• Align technical innovation with organizational business strategies and OKRs, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
• Adopt and promote quality and excellence, contributing to documentation and knowledge-sharing.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and complex problem-solving efforts for robust and reliable ML systems.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional AI experience developing and deploying enterprise-scale AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Extensive practical experience with production ML frameworks, advanced LLM models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and orchestration tools (Apache Airflow).
• Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly across all stakeholder levels.
• Proven problem-solving excellence and ability to continuously adapt, learn, and integrate evolving AI techniques.

Nice to have

• Proven ability in infrastructure as code (Terraform) for scalable AI solutions.
• Demonstrable experience in secure and robust AI deployments.
• Deep interest and experience in generative AI and LLM innovation.
