What you will do

• Identify and size market opportunities and analyze emerging trends to surface new areas for platform expansion.
• Create business cases and product visions, design experiments, and test hypotheses to rapidly validate the most promising concepts.
• Lead the design and development of minimum viable products (MVPs) in partnership with engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams.
• Define success metrics, evaluate results, and make informed recommendations on scaling new initiatives.
• Influence the long-term roadmap and innovation strategy for the business.
• Ensure that every new bet addresses genuine patient needs and aligns with the mission to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements

• Proven entrepreneurial experience as a founder or early-stage product leader.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
• Demonstrated success in taking ideas from concept through to launch and early scaling.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize market data, customer insights, and business analysis into clear product and business strategies.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and proactive in driving projects forward independently.
